Kathy was a court reporter for 32 years. She suffered from tendonitis, chronic low back pain, and carpal tunnel syndrome–not to mention stress. After CBD became legal in Tennessee, she ordered from three different online companies. She didn’t understand the hype and thought it was a bunch of bunk until she found Carolina Hemp Company. The inflammation in her arms went down soon after that, and the pain in her back and wrists subsided. She thought “Wow – this stuff really works!” In August of 2019, when Carolina Hemp Company began offering franchises, Kathy knew this was something she had a passion for and wanted to share her new-found knowledge of plant-based wellness with Knoxville. In October of 2019 she purchased a franchise and in September of 2020 her brick and mortar opened its doors. Kathy is proud to bring Carolina Hemp Company to Tennessee and educate folks on the healing potential of hemp!
